I love this recipe! I often make chicken soup with leftover bones from rotisserie chickens I've bought, but I think this might be healthier. Also, I love that you add things like fresh ginger and turmeric. Do you sometimes add other things to the soup at the end--like additional veggies, pasta or legumes or do you just keep it simple?

I love love love this exquisite, life-enhancing chicken soup recipe❣️🤩 Thank you so much, Charlotte & GJ Group❣️ My Swedish great grandmother’s name was Charlotte; I’ve always adored that name❣️ I also follow the Swedish-Ethiopian super-chef Marcus Samuelsson. He adds kombu or dried kelp to his chicken stock❣️

I haven’t tried that idea yet — but it sounds amazing❣️ I wonder if such a choice could provide health benefits — viz., iodine — to hypothyroidal folks, like me? I wonder if the heat would reduce the effect? 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
